Unless otherwise identified, the original text, graphics, branding, interface design, documentation, and source-code expression created for this platform are owned by or licensed to Core Stewardship Property Management LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

No permission is granted to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected platform materials except as expressly authorized in writing or permitted by applicable law. Copyright does not extend to ideas, systems, methods of operation, algorithms, facts, or third-party materials.

Authorized use

This platform is provided for authorized Core Stewardship personnel, clients, residents, vendors, and other approved users. Users may access and use it only for legitimate property-management activities within their assigned role and permissions.

Users must protect their credentials, provide accurate information, avoid unauthorized access or interference, and promptly report suspected account compromise. Access may be suspended or revoked when reasonably necessary to protect users, property information, or platform operations.

Privacy and account information

The platform processes account, contact, property, leasing, payment, maintenance, communication, and related operational information to provide property-management services. Access is role-based and is intended to be limited to information necessary for each user’s authorized function.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information through free-text fields or messages. Questions concerning personal information, corrections, or account access should be directed to Core Stewardship through an established company contact channel.

Third-party services and materials

The platform uses third-party services and open-source software subject to their own terms, privacy practices, copyrights, and licenses. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. Repository-level third-party notices identify principal software dependencies.

Availability and legal notices

The platform supports property-management operations but does not replace signed leases, management agreements, statutory notices, professional legal or accounting advice, or records that applicable law requires to be delivered or maintained in another form.

Services may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances outside reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a signed agreement.

Updates and contact

These terms may be updated as platform features and legal requirements change. Material changes should be communicated through the platform or an established company channel.
